About a month ago I saw on Twitter that Amy was starting up a new company called theCareBox. The idea of it is a little box costing either £5, £10 or £20- you get to pick which box you buy and obviously the price depends on the amount/type of products- of items that help you practice self-care. She asked if people wanted to review them and I of course wanted to join in and luckily she picked me to review one of the £10 boxes.
Self-care is something that’s quite important to me and to a lot of other bloggers out there and that’s why I love and support anything to do with it.
In the little package (which had cute purple tissue paper) came a sachet of hot chocolate & coffee, a few teabags, a packet of mints and a Superdrug own brand anti-bacterial gel. These are small little gestures of self-care and I really think they’re thoughtful products. I love the idea of little boxes like this and I really think they’re worth getting to practice self-care.
I’ve seen a few different self-care boxes floating around on Twitter and Etsy at the moment and they’re definitely worth checking out!
Thank you so much for reading & don’t forget to practice self-care regularly.
